Assistant Teacher
This is no ordinary sidekick. You’re right in the middle of the action, offering super-powered support to the Teacher or Lead Teacher, for impactful educational experiences.
Teacher
You teach. That’s what you do. You are in command of the curriculum and a master of observing milestone developments. Sometimes you share your awesomeness in support of a Lead Teacher.
Lead Teacher
You’re no rookie. You know your way around a classroom. And you provide an invaluable service: you mentor other Teachers so we can have even more amazing educators.
Team Lead
You have a very particular skill: you create great teachers. Your mentoring and development ensures new and existing employees make the grade. School management also relies on you to bring your classroom magic to the whole school.
Positive Behavior Support
Challenging behavior is a part of child development, and while it can be frustrating, it’s also a powerful learning opportunity. We have a proprietary app, myPath, which supports teachers to understand challenging behavior, and to create positive learning experiences to address it. It includes the most current research about children’s social-emotional development and hundreds of innovative strategies to encourage positive behavior throughout the day and to help children develop the social, emotional, language, and cognitive skills to behave in positive ways.
