Assistant Director 10700

Our Montessori school has been proudly serving our community for many years. With trained, dedicated educators (some with decades of experience), we provide an authentic Montessori experience in an early education setting. With mixed-age classrooms and carefully curated Montessori materials, we embrace the authentic Montessori Method, as we guide young learners toward the future, so they become innovative thinkers, good citizens, and able leaders.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the School with the School Director and achieving Learning Care Group’s safety vision of “No One Gets Hurt.”  In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the school.  The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under his/her care and assists with a variety of administrative tasks including opening/closing the school at least 50% of the time.

As an Assistant Director you will:

  • Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with our school, company and state licensing standards.
  • Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe authentic Montessori environment for the children and parents.
  • Support the faculty and staff as they guide children’s learning within the context of a Montessori learning community.
  • Promote a positive image of our school, our Montessori Unlimited affiliates and parent company and play a major role in making Learning Care Group a provider of choice in educational programs for the communities that we service.
  • Recruit, select and retain quality staff.
  • Help achieve profitability for our school.
