The Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the strategic and tactical planning and execution of targeted media and CRM programs to drive enrollment and increase retention. This is a hybrid position.

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Support Manager, Media & CRM in development and execution of strategic media plans to drive consumer lead generation.
  2. Support development and implementation of email initiatives across LCG’s brand portfolio.
  3. Support planning, analysis, and optimization of paid media activations including paid directories and programmatic. Paid Search experience a plus.
  4. Lead strategy and execution for all direct mail campaigns that support lead generation, or other key initiatives.
  5. Optimize direct mail and email strategies by leveraging customer data, ongoing campaign results, test and learn opportunities, and evolving business needs. 
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities to support schools with lead and family communications via email distribution.
  7. Responsible for proactively fostering and maintaining relationships with internal LCG teams, media suppliers and agency partners. 
  8. Leverage business acumen, reporting, and analytics to understanding data sets and interpret performance metrics and insights to drive results.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in direct marketing or media role required.

  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to synthesize complex information and act on data-driven insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently in an action-oriented manner. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of CRM and email marketing.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid. 
    • $65-70,000 base salary.
    • This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
