This position will be responsible for supporting the planning, managing, and monitoring key projects for our Business to Business “B2B” entity. All facets of the winning the business; initiation to closing. This will include, but not be limited to facilitating project meetings, maintaining project schedules, and gathering issues; as well as, communication of the overall project status and internal/external facing project timeline management and reporting.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the inflows/outflows of the RFP gathering process and document progress within LCG’s designated project management tools.
- Summarize opportunities, risks, and issues identified as part of the RFP/integration process.
- Project manages all aspects of B2B future deals and current partners (CRM implementation, value proposition, reporting, building awareness, question templates, timely proposal submissions, driving implementations & contracts forward, etc.).
- Responsible for the development of sales, as well as, the funnel management processes.
- Ensure all internal items are completed on each deal: pricing, finance, real estate, billing, operations, franchise (if needed) and reporting.
- Organizes and internally communicates foundational information related to each B2B partner.
- Serve as a technology lead in areas of website implementation and CRM maintenance / implementation.
- Coordinate frequent meetings with client (external) and LCG’s cross-functional groups (internal) to help drive the initial lead inquiry to closing.
- Ensure current clients are receiving utilization reports, invoicing, collateral for partners, touch base meetings, landing pages, etc.
- Help monitor the execution and integration process for potential bottlenecks and barriers to speed and successful outcome.
- Develop and maintain processes to effectively manage multiple projects across the organization and establish repeatable processes to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining the support from internal stakeholders and resources.
- Within LCG’s project management tools, design executive level, dashboard milestone management and KPI reporting .
- Partner with Senior Manager, Sales & Strategic Partnerships to further develop LCG’s turn-key integration framework.
- Ad-hoc projects as requested by Senior Manager, Sales & Strategic Partnerships.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years Project Management experience (Operations and Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization preferred.)
- Experience in Early Childhood Education or service industry preferred.
- Experience with Deal Cloud or other CRM preferred.
- Operations experience in a large multi-unit organization preferred.
