Our Tuition Reimbursement Program offers financial assistance at accredited colleges and universities, as well as support to pursue or renew a Child Development Associate® (CDA) Credential. Love to Learn Day

Twice a year, educators meet to enhance their knowledge and skills in a collaborative setting. The day focuses on key safety, education, and customer service subjects, and team members can share best practices with their peers.

CDA® Training

Earning your CDA is easy and affordable with Learning Care. Administered by the Council for Professional Recognition , the CDA is the most widely recognized early childhood credential. Our FREE prep program offers training, in-house support, and the potential for advancement opportunities. Plus, you’ll receive a pay increase upon completion.

LCG Master Program, teacher certification

Become a curriculum expert to make a difference throughout your school. Master your future by becoming the best teacher, coach, mentor, and role model you can be—and earn more along the way.
*This exclusive program is offered annually to a select group of nominated and eligible lead teachers.

There’s always more to learn! Mentorship is an essential element as you advance your career, and these programs have you learning from the best.

Love to Lead, Leadership Development Program

This training is for new directors in their first days. Your District Manager selects your Mentor Director. You train at your Mentor Director's school in six subject areas: Enrollment, Operations, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, and Curriculum. This program provides a clear vision for your school management and operations.

Leadership Academy Logo

After six months, new directors are invited to attend Leadership Academy, a five-day virtual event focused on developing your leadership talents. Key skills explored include accountability, resilience, and financial acumen. Meet and learn from peers and partners in this program! 

Corporate Development Opportunities

At the corporate level, each team member is encouraged, empowered, and supported. As your goals evolve, the organization’s offerings do too, with opportunities for coaching, mentoring, skills training, role-based eLearning, leadership development sessions, and dedicated time to expand your network and create meaningful connections.
