As an AP Corporate Card Administrator within the organization, you are responsible for the overall administration of the pcard & travel / expense programs for the company.   Oversee multiple functions and provide user support as an SAP Concur (travel and expense) system administrator.  Leveraging metrics, audit results, and report tools, you are expected to drive continuous improvement and adherence to company policies and expectations.  This position requires an analytical approach, a critical thinker, and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee multiple functions in SAP Concur (travel and expense system): unassigned transactions, unassigned cards, user profiles, daily imports, aging expenses, delegates and approvers, etc. 
  • Maintain / update Concur system configurations (audit rules, workflows, GL codes, cost centers, expense types, Intelligent Audit profiles, custom/scheduled reporting, etc.).
  • Monitor and manage scheduled Concur integrations to/from Bank of America, American Express, and Oracle. 
  • Run queries out of Concur and other systems regularly to monitor spend, compliance, and system functionality.  Provide ad hoc reporting to management, internal audit, and SLT members.
  • Review and approve pcard and cash out of pocket reports flagged for processor review.
  • Manage all aspects of the Bank of America (BOA) & American Express (AMEX) Pcard programs (order new cards, close cards, manage card limits, mass uploads, etc.).
  • Conduct regular audits of Pcard spend.
  • Compile and analyze Pcard data points for period end AP metrics report. 
  • Monitor user accounts and aging reports for policy adherence; address out of policy spend/submissions and work with users to correct concerns. Suspend P-Cards when necessary.
  • Review and resolve fraud and decline alerts.
  • Provide daily ongoing support as an SAP Concur system administrator; monitor support inbox and respond to user inquiries/requests within 1-2 business days. 
  • Leverage knowledge of system coding and access to effectively advise and guide internal customers.
  • Support AP Controls & Compliance Manager with various special projects.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Higher Education courses in accounting or business preferred
  • 1-2 years accounting, controls, or other relevant experience preferred
