The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager will serve as an integral part of the Employee Experience, Culture, and DEI team. This role will support the development of the organization’s strategy and implementation of diversity initiatives that position the organization to attract, hire, and retain talent which represent a diverse and inclusive workforce and workplace.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Recommends and executes creative strategies to support the organization’s diversity goals.
  • Leverages technology and communication vehicles to ensure messaging reaches desired audiences.
  • Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company’s diversity goals.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collects and analyzes statistical data to evaluate the company’s population in accordance with diversity standards and goals.
  • Partner with Training and Development to deliver training that supports diversity, inclusion and belonging in our organization.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partners to review current practices. Work to identify opportunities for retention, development, and advancement of underrepresented talent and provide guidance on enhancements.
  • Work closely with the DEI and Holiday and Celebrations Culture Ambassador teams to execute their work plan.  Collaborate to develop DEI and inclusive programming that educate and connect our employees.
  • Influence, educate and manage key stakeholders including the Senior and Executive Leadership across the organization to ensure overall company strategy is inclusive of DEI perspectives.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of human resources or related experience required.
  • Must have experience in a DEI focused position.

  • Skilled presenter with ability to deliver to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Word, & PowerPoint.
