Job Summary:

The Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical planning for all LCG brands while facilitating execution and stewardship of paid media investments for consumer and recruitment support.

Essential Functions:

  • Support Media Director in development and execution of strategic media plans to drive consumer lead generation and recruitment candidate flow.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate campaign launches including troubleshooting and resolving issues with agency teams and media vendors.
  • Manage paid directory location lists and ongoing profile and campaign updates.
  • Evaluate performance reporting and develop optimization recommendations.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with media suppliers, agency partners and internal teams.
  • Manage and track marketing budget, forecast and monthly accrual process in partnership with Marketing/CX stakeholders and Finance.


Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, advertising, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a media or marketing role required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
