Job Summary:
The Regional Marketing Manager will provide strategic marketing and enrollment support to their assigned divisions. This role utilizes and monitors key performance indicators to grow enrollment, drive retention, and ensure effectiveness of marketing actions.
Essential Functions:
- Weekly review and regular monitoring of enrollment and retention key performance indicators to understand market trends and provide proactive marketing support to field partners.
- Provide regular training support to field leaders, including school leadership, to ensure effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other marketing tools by school leaders.
- Develop and communicate seasonal enrollment strategy to field partners – including season focus, promotions, resource development, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and support family engagement and retention initiatives for districts and schools.
- Provide regular communication of company-wide initiatives as it pertains to marketing and enrollment activities.
- Execute enrollment and retention key performance indicator trainings for opportunity districts.
- Implement local marketing strategies during key enrollment periods in priority markets.
- Execute DM adoption strategy in opportunity markets. Strategy to include coaching, training, and sharing of best practices with DMs for school-level accountability related to lead management and enrollment activities.
- Partner with Regional Marketing Specialist in the identification of opportunities and the ongoing support of field teams.
- Partner with creative team to manage existing assets and submit requests for new assets as needs arise.
- Proactively develop relationships with cross-functional teams of diverse people.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field.
- Preferred minimum 3 years of experience in a multi-unit/multi-state environment.

- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Travel Percentage:
- Up to 25% travel, including overnight.
